Great Company My first order went very well. Easy to navigate through the website and place the order. Unfortunately, I realized I made a mistake when I received my order and they helped me out with correcting my mistake without any questions asked. Timberplates is a very good company.

Rhett exceeded my expectations Rhett exceeded my expectations at every level. He Sent multiple shop drawings and isometric views representing his interpretation of my design needs and made solid recommendations to ensure quality and endurance....But Wait, There's More. :) We were behind schedule and Rhett sensed it....He surprised my team with an earlier than expected delivery! Timber Plates is my forever go to now. Thanks Rhett!

Kudos to Timberplates Kudos to Timberplates for making a beautiful product. We used a couple of plate styles from the Massif collection and they look great in our pavilion style sun room made from 8 by 8 vertical columns with 6 by 8 king posts and cross beams, all white pine from an Amish mill in central PA. Added a custom plate from the Esker collection as well. My feeling is that every project is unique and the variety Timberplates offers begs for you to get creative. Rhett is a great contact point, responsive and knowledgeable. Thanks Timberplates! Would definitely use your products again.

All the items I ordered came quickly All the items I ordered came quickly. I was able to connect on line and get answers about the products before I ordered. I will say that the specifications on the web site were incorrect but the online chat allowed me to get the required clarification. I hope you do change the specifications on-line for future buyers.

This is a great business This is a great business. We are building a new home with cedar beams and wanted quality black steel brackets to give some structural as well as aesthetic appeal. Not only did they nail them first try off of some dodgy sketches we provided, when a few of the brackets were damaged by UPS they remade them and hand delivered them without a hiccup. Cant beat a company or customer service like that.
