This is a great business This is a great business. We are building a new home with cedar beams and wanted quality black steel brackets to give some structural as well as aesthetic appeal. Not only did they nail them first try off of some dodgy sketches we provided, when a few of the brackets were damaged by UPS they remade them and hand delivered them without a hiccup. Cant beat a company or customer service like that.

Great addition I am a novice, remodeling a loft apartment. Timbers were in place, however needed the plates to tie together the look of the beams; didn't know a VT3 from a VB3. Timberplates tutorials walked me through the decision making process, including how to calculate the pitch. Ordering was simple, delivery was very quick and the fit is perfect. Thanks!

Great website that allowed me to view… Great website that allowed me to view my timber joist hangers in 3D. I don't think I would have ordered this product online but for the fact that Timberplates website has such advanced features that allowed me to be confident that I was getting exactly what I needed. Plus, it was a big bonus that I could get the plates in powder black coating, so they matched other plate hardware that I'm using in my old barn project. I am very happy and very satisfied with what Timberplate produced for me.
