I wanted custom joist hangers. And got… I wanted custom joist hangers. And got what I needed in a relatively short turn around tolerances spot on.

Screen porch Project was smooth from beginning to end. They listened and understood what I was trying to accomplish. They took what I had told them and designed exactly what I wanted. Looks great installed! Fantastic work! Homeowner loves it! Thank you!

Custom orders done fast! I needed a custom order so I called Timberplates and spoke to an actual person :). She confirmed what I was requesting and by the end of the day I had an email with CAD renderings of what I asked for. A few adjustments later and they were being manufactured. Best of all, the custom plates were actually cheaper since I had some material removed and it is based on weight. They were shipped in about 5 days and I received the beautiful Timberplates. They look fantastic and are well built. Thank You!

All the items I ordered came quickly All the items I ordered came quickly. I was able to connect on line and get answers about the products before I ordered. I will say that the specifications on the web site were incorrect but the online chat allowed me to get the required clarification. I hope you do change the specifications on-line for future buyers.

Great All-Around The Timberplates team did a fantastic job. We had a couple rounds of revisions to fine tune the custom brackets we needed. They were quick to make the changes and send drawings to confirm. Production speed was also fast. Great experience all around and a great product. Excited to get our brackets installed.
