Add-On Order We needed additional timber plates for our project which expanded to include as adjoining pergola, I sent hand drafted drawings which they created cad drawings of, sent me files to confirm dimensions, etc. Everything thing was exact and pricing was great. A few weeks later our order arrived. So easy doing business, we are thrilled !

Custom USA made Brackets Great quality with fast turn around. Powder coating was an expensive option, I got them done locally for a third of the price. The brackets should be offered with a square hole option for carriage head bolts.

A little bit too big for our 6 inch timbers We love the look and quality, but we needed them for 6 inch timbers. They hang over a little bit so they must have been for 8 inch timbers. There was not an option to choose the timber size, but the description said they were for 6 inch timbers.

Custom orders done fast! I needed a custom order so I called Timberplates and spoke to an actual person :). She confirmed what I was requesting and by the end of the day I had an email with CAD renderings of what I asked for. A few adjustments later and they were being manufactured. Best of all, the custom plates were actually cheaper since I had some material removed and it is based on weight. They were shipped in about 5 days and I received the beautiful Timberplates.
