These folks are great to work with These folks are great to work with. I needed a custom hanger to repair some beams. With a quick conversation they knew what I needed. They sent a picture of what it would look like to verify. They had it made and shipped to me in under 10 day. The people I dealt with were all a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.

Custom orders done fast! I needed a custom order so I called Timberplates and spoke to an actual person :). She confirmed what I was requesting and by the end of the day I had an email with CAD renderings of what I asked for. A few adjustments later and they were being manufactured. Best of all, the custom plates were actually cheaper since I had some material removed and it is based on weight. They were shipped in about 5 days and I received the beautiful Timberplates. They look fantastic and are well built. Thank You!

Great products and customer service! The quality of their product, customer service, and fast job completion is fantastic. Jake helped me to plan out and design the timber plates for my rather large project in basically one day. He is a super smart guy and has tremendous customer service skills. Fair Price and Great Service. I sent my sketches. They generated drawings the next day for me to approve. There was a delay in shipping due to the holidays, but they kept me informed and notified me when it shipped. The finished product was just as I expected. Good Job Timberplates!
