LGI delivers on their promises! My LGI team delivered on their promises! My sales person (Lexie) walked me through the entire purchase process and was there to support me every step of the way. My loan officer (Rachel) made me feel comfortable when discussing the bumps and bruises in my credit report. She also explained every step of the financial process from start to finish. Even my builder (Johnathan) went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my house met my standards and likings both before and after closing. This is my third time purchasing a home and this team by far was the most memorable team to work with. I will forever be a fan of LGI Hones.

Only not a 5 star review because we couldn’t schedule the blue tape walk through with enough time for the things to get done before close. But that wasn’t a huge issue because David the construction manager has been on top of everything we’ve asked for since closing. Steven the sales rep who worked with us was great and very responsive during closing.

Initial Movein Initially, lack of responsiveness to things being identified as issues during construction. Sit construction mgr, Ryan made aware was timely and vey professional in getting things addressed. Still missing rear BR window screen, screen for sliding glass door and multiple areas of paint on siding right front, condensate line needs caulking around siding. Thanks, Marty Piepoli

I highly recommend this company. Herman Romero took so many extra steps just to make our experience easier. We had looked at other places but it was stressful and their was no personal attention. Not that I need to be catered to but a home is a big decision and those little details Herman helped with made all of the difference.
