GBDo not do business with LGI. You’ll be sorry Absolutely the worst experience. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. Communication is TERRIBLE. I’ve been trying to get help with repairs, 11 month inspection, mismatched interior paint for 6 months on some repairs and can’t get a response to my messages. There are several others in my neighborhood that are having the same problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LGI YOU’ll BE SORRY YOU DID!!!!

GBVery fast closing and used VA benefits Very fast closing and used VA benefits. What could improve is communication with the buyer and everything up front. Also wish better grass was used or taken care of better prior to buyer as all around edge of house is dead grass.

GBI love my LGI family….Juan Gonzales… I love my LGI family….Juan Gonzales really made us feel comfortable while walking with me and answering all the questions that I had concerning the house we wanted.
