Superior experience Thomas made my first time home buying process very easy with LGI homes. Very professional, dependable, and timely in responses to questions. I couldn’t have been happier with LGI’s processes and closing cost assistance. My closing was ready in nearly only 2 weeks from the date of the first viewing of the property! Highly recommended!

Contruction is good but no internet for weeks The actual structure of townhouse is fine. Granite counters, stainless appliances. Bedrooms are tiny but nice as a starter home. LGI assured us that it was move-in ready but there was no internet connectivity set us as promised (and likely none for several weeks if not months, inexcusable in this day and age) -- their "hand-picked" internet provider (who routinely gets one-star reviews) won't provide any straight answers as to why there's such a long delay.

The only issues I had with anything was… The only issues I had with anything was the contractors not cleaning up the job site and the grass layout on my property could have been done better. Everything else was nice and smooth for the admin side and the employees were very helpful. Especially Ed.

Poor customer service Poor customer service. The sales agent Manny Jauriqui was nice, at first, but when things got ugly, he started ignoring my calls. Totally unprofessional. I tried to backout of the deal, and I explained my situation to their "preferred" lender. I told them that purchasing a home could cause me financial difficulties down the road, but ultimately, they still deemed that I'm financially "qualified". They refused to return my 1K deposit. So they made a quick easy 1K out of me! Overall, BUYER BEWARE.

Do not do business with LGI. You’ll be sorry Absolutely the worst experience. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. Communication is TERRIBLE. I’ve been trying to get help with repairs, 11 month inspection, mismatched interior paint for 6 months on some repairs and can’t get a response to my messages. There are several others in my neighborhood that are having the same problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LGI YOU’ll BE SORRY YOU DID!!!!
