What a Surprise! I remember from day one I walked into LGI and spoke with Leon. I didn’t think I had what it takes to buy a house and I was just going to inquire about buying. What a surprise before I knew it I had already picked out my floor plan and was in the process of buying. Thank you Leon and Christi for a wonderful experience! They was with me every step of the way answering my questions and all.

Poor Communication Poor communication during entire process. Buyer walk through, we pointed out issues & they were ignored. We closed & the house still did not have the touch ups completed. Sales guy, kept calling us to come in before we signed, promising to keep us up to date with the process but only heard from him 3 times during the entire building process & heard nothing from him on closing/ after closing. At closing we weren’t even told where we could find our mailbox, had to just figure it out. If I could back, I would choose a different builder that treats its customers better, not just baits you in to complete the sale & then ignore you & your concerns the whole time. Wouldn’t recommend, do your research on these builders. There is plenty of builders who have much better reputation.

Terrible on warranty claims Everything went well buying the house. Excellent team work everyone did since day 1. But everyone disappeared not returning calls. no answers about a warranty claim. No one showed to fix the problems or schedule something. Terrible on that area warranty claims

LGI delivers on their promises! My LGI team delivered on their promises! My sales person (Lexie) walked me through the entire purchase process and was there to support me every step of the way. My loan officer (Rachel) made me feel comfortable when discussing the bumps and bruises in my credit report. She also explained every step of the financial process from start to finish. Even my builder (Johnathan) went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my house met my standards and likings both before and after closing. This is my third time purchasing a home and this team by far was the most memorable team to work with. I will forever be a fan of LGI Hones.

Carols been great Carols been great, work orders are slow nobody picks up there phone. The house we purchased has scuffs and patches not painted properly. Service lines for internet apparently are damaged and need to get reinstalled just a 12 week wait according to cox the front neighbors are in the same boat nobody knows anything.
