I love my LGI family….Juan Gonzales… I love my LGI family….Juan Gonzales really made us feel comfortable while walking with me and answering all the questions that I had concerning the house we wanted. I love the fact that in the process of buying our home he made sure to continue communicating with us and to ensure what I ask to be done was done timely and efficiently. I really would encourage anyone looking for a home to ask for this young man you will not be disappointed.

Do not do business with LGI. You’ll be sorry Absolutely the worst experience. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. Communication is TERRIBLE. I’ve been trying to get help with repairs, 11 month inspection, mismatched interior paint for 6 months on some repairs and can’t get a response to my messages. There are several others in my neighborhood that are having the same problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LGI YOU’ll BE SORRY YOU DID!!!!

Poor Communication Poor communication during entire process. Buyer walk through, we pointed out issues & they were ignored. We closed & the house still did not have the touch ups completed. Sales guy, kept calling us to come in before we signed, promising to keep us up to date with the process but only heard from him 3 times during the entire building process & heard nothing from him on closing/ after closing. At closing we weren’t even told where we could find our mailbox, had to just figure it out. If I could back, I would choose a different builder that treats its customers better, not just baits you in to complete the sale & then ignore you & your concerns the whole time. Wouldn’t recommend, do your research on these builders. There is plenty of builders who have much better reputation.

LGI is fantastic to work with I am a 56 year old first time home buyer and waited my entire life to make this dream come true. I knew nothing about the process but LGI helped me from start to finish and it was seamless without bidding wars, closing costs and high interest rates. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Sad about our first home Ruined experience Sinking front lawns under the driveway, Rippled Roofs, uneven floors, air pockets in hard wood. The list goes on. At this point we have just come to terms with selling as soon as we can and finding a different builder. Really saddening for our first time buying. As soon as problems came around, Sales and Construction stopped communicating, when I attend the Facebook community page, almost every new home buyer here in chisolm Springs North TX is having issues.
