Contruction is good but no internet for weeks The actual structure of townhouse is fine. Granite counters, stainless appliances. Bedrooms are tiny but nice as a starter home. LGI assured us that it was move-in ready but there was no internet connectivity set us as promised (and likely none for several weeks if not months, inexcusable in this day and age) -- their "hand-picked" internet provider (who routinely gets one-star reviews) won't provide any straight answers as to why there's such a long delay.

I highly recommend this company. Herman Romero took so many extra steps just to make our experience easier. We had looked at other places but it was stressful and their was no personal attention. Not that I need to be catered to but a home is a big decision and those little details Herman helped with made all of the difference.

LGI delivers on their promises! My LGI team delivered on their promises! My sales person (Lexie) walked me through the entire purchase process and was there to support me every step of the way. My loan officer (Rachel) made me feel comfortable when discussing the bumps and bruises in my credit report. She also explained every step of the financial process from start to finish. Even my builder (Johnathan) went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my house met my standards and likings both before and after closing. This is my third time purchasing a home and this team by far was the most memorable team to work with. I will forever be a fan of LGI Hones.

We have been living in Bauer Landing… We have been living in Bauer Landing for 4 years now. When we first moved in, the cabinets starting falling apart . The tiles started cracking in the dining room and kitchen. Water was leaking out of the hallway light fixture. Now there is mold in that area. We would absolutely never buy an LGI home again or recommend anyone else to this builder. We regret buying this home.
