I highly recommend this company. Herman Romero took so many extra steps just to make our experience easier. We had looked at other places but it was stressful and their was no personal attention. Not that I need to be catered to but a home is a big decision and those little details Herman helped with made all of the difference.

I love the fact that in the process of buying our home he made sure to continue communicating with us and to ensure what I ask to be done was done timely and efficiently. I really would encourage anyone looking for a home to ask for this young man you will not be disappointed.

Poor Communication Poor communication during entire process. Buyer walk through, we pointed out issues & they were ignored. We closed & the house still did not have the touch ups completed. Sales guy, kept calling us to come in before we signed, promising to keep us up to date with the process but only heard from him 3 times during the entire building process & heard nothing from him on closing/ after closing. At closing we weren’t even told where we could find our mailbox, had to just figure it out. If I could back, I would choose a different builder that treats its customers better, not just baits you in to complete the sale & then ignore you & your concerns the whole time. Wouldn’t recommend, do your research on these builders. There is plenty of builders who have much better reputation.

Very fast closing and used VA benefits Very fast closing and used VA benefits. What could improve is communication with the buyer and everything up front. Also wish better grass was used or taken care of better prior to buyer as all around edge of house is dead grass.

Only not a 5 star review because we couldn’t schedule the blue tape walk through with enough time for the things to get done before close. But that wasn’t a huge issue because David the construction manager has been on top of everything we’ve asked for since closing. Steven the sales rep who worked with us was great and very responsive during closing.
