The vendor never give me an accurate answer about my refund, the only answer I receive is “you have to wait and I can’t do anything else”….. this situation is abusive they are taking my money to continue working on their constructions and avoiding me about where is my money and when I am going to receive my refund ! Poor customer service Poor customer service. The sales agent Manny Jauriqui was nice, at first, but when things got ugly, he started ignoring my calls. Totally unprofessional. I tried to backout of the deal, and I explained my situation to their "preferred" lender. I told them that purchasing a home could cause me financial difficulties down the road, but ultimately, they still deemed that I'm financially "qualified". They refused to return my 1K deposit. So they made a quick easy 1K out of me! Overall, BUYER BEWARE.

Do not do business with LGI. You’ll be sorry Absolutely the worst experience. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. Communication is TERRIBLE. I’ve been trying to get help with repairs, 11 month inspection, mismatched interior paint for 6 months on some repairs and can’t get a response to my messages. There are several others in my neighborhood that are having the same problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LGI YOU’ll BE SORRY YOU DID!!!!
