Sad about our first home Ruined experience Sinking front lawns under the driveway, Rippled Roofs, uneven floors, air pockets in hard wood. The list goes on. At this point we have just come to terms with selling as soon as we can and finding a different builder. Really saddening for our first time buying. As soon as problems came around, Sales and Construction stopped communicating, when I attend the Facebook community page, almost every new home buyer here in chisolm Springs North TX is having issues.

Contruction is good but no internet for weeks The actual structure of townhouse is fine. Granite counters, stainless appliances. Bedrooms are tiny but nice as a starter home. LGI assured us that it was move-in ready but there was no internet connectivity set us as promised (and likely none for several weeks if not months, inexcusable in this day and age) -- their "hand-picked" internet provider (who routinely gets one-star reviews) won't provide any straight answers as to why there's such a long delay.

Do not do business with LGI. You’ll be sorry Absolutely the worst experience. I’d give 0 stars if it was an option. Communication is TERRIBLE. I’ve been trying to get help with repairs, 11 month inspection, mismatched interior paint for 6 months on some repairs and can’t get a response to my messages. There are several others in my neighborhood that are having the same problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LGI YOU’ll BE SORRY YOU DID!!!!

The vendor never give me an accurate answer about my refund, the only answer I receive is “you have to wait and I can’t do anything else”….. this situation is abusive they are taking my money to continue working on their constructions and avoiding me about where is my money and when I am going to receive my refund ! Very fast closing and used VA benefits Very fast closing and used VA benefits. What could improve is communication with the buyer and everything up front. Also wish better grass was used or taken care of better prior to buyer as all around edge of house is dead grass.
