GBShady Business Tactics Never did business with them, but their "sales" tactics are shady. They send letters making it look like they are affiliated with your mortgage company and this is something you have to do. They even send 2nd, 3rd, and final notice letters with the different colored envelopes. I could see how some people would easily fall for this. I'm trying to find out who to report their business practices to.

GBAll parts of the process went extremely… All parts of the process went extremely smoothly. Every step and all options were expolained and easily understood. I could not have asked for a better experience.

GBNon responsive I needed to file a claim and have someone come out to check my AC. I called AHP and was advised they would have someone contact me to come out. This was in early July, I've not heard from a contractor or the company. I'm also unable to get written documentation on my policy.

GBUnsatisfied I was told that if anything went wrong in the future it would be covered- wrong! Apparently that is only half true since there’s a gray area around something that’s “preexisting” even though a professional said it wasn’t.
