GBThey do not pay Vendor Invoices! We are a 36 year old Appliance Repair company in the Scottsdale AZ market. We have completed service calls for American Home Protect and they have not paid our invoices. As a small business, we do work for these companies in good faith. They finally paid the invoice, but did not pay the late fee that should have been paid since they were 6 months or longer past due. I would not recommend doing business with them in a vendor capacity

GBDisliked that I had to call the company… Disliked that I had to call the company to find out the status and to find out NO technician could come to my home in Yuma to fix my washing machine. However, did like the reimbursement of $500 for a new washer.

GBShady Business Tactics Never did business with them, but their "sales" tactics are shady. They send letters making it look like they are affiliated with your mortgage company and this is something you have to do. They even send 2nd, 3rd, and final notice letters with the different colored envelopes. I could see how some people would easily fall for this. I'm trying to find out who to report their business practices to.

GBSimple their customer service how fast… Simple their customer service how fast they get a contractor out there to fix a problem no matter how big or small I would have been in debt if I didn't have this insurance I recommend it
