GBShady Business Tactics Never did business with them, but their "sales" tactics are shady. They send letters making it look like they are affiliated with your mortgage company and this is something you have to do. They even send 2nd, 3rd, and final notice letters with the different colored envelopes. I could see how some people would easily fall for this. I'm trying to find out who to report their business practices to.

GBNeed assistance I call Saturday talk to after hours person who said it would take o e to two days for a contact. By Tuesday no one had called me back. I called and Saturday after hour person never made a claim. Tuesday the person I did talk to stated they would try to find someone. It is Thursday and no call back of any kind. I need my washer fixed. I have family who are disabled and require washing daily.
