GBI haven't had to use the home warranty… I haven't had to use the home warranty yet, but the process of signing up was user-friendly.

GBI was the phone for almost an hour I was the phone for almost an hour. One issue is in claim process. My question about our water heater had me being shuffed to different agents and a hold time of more than 49 minutes. I am waiting on a call back for the water heater question.

GBSimple their customer service how fast… Simple their customer service how fast they get a contractor out there to fix a problem no matter how big or small I would have been in debt if I didn't have this insurance I recommend it
