The product shipped later than… The product shipped later than anticipated, and the AMS rep was rude on email when I inquired about this. I then got in touch with a second AMS rep who was super helpful, and she found the product sitting at the local courier facility waiting to be delivered. Due to delivery restrictions in my area, organizing the delivery was difficult. When the product was finally delivered, we discovered that the lava rock wasn't shipped with the firepit. This took an additional month before we received it.

6" Stone lintel fix Prety fair deliver timeline from order. Order was correct. Only issue they only have a 4" steel angle bracket for like brick lintel. I had a stone lintel with a 6" steel plate to attach bracket, so if I was not creative, the screen would not have gotten installed. I used the 4" provided added another 4" plate drilled holes and bent ends to make a 6" bracket. they should have a 6" option for steel bracket.
