When customer service is important... When customer service, knowledgable staff and response time is important, choose AMS. I live in Washington State and have been trying to find a mantel for weeks. After exhausting ALL local options, I stumbled across AMS. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely quick to respond. Both Isaac and Brandon answered all my questions, came up with a timely shipping option, and took the time to contact the manufacturer for me. I have spoken to many many distributers in the past few weeks, none were as helpful or as quick to respond. Great buying experience!

Five stars from me! They designed my fireplace doors. I absolutely love them they are so beautiful and excellent quality. They really exceeded my expectations. The coloring on them is beautiful. They are timeless which is exactly what I wanted.They are very professional showed up on time and the installation was perfect I haven’t had any problem with the mechanics of them they open and shut smoothly and have sturdy hinges. The doors peel really solid.

It matters who you talk to! I recently was in the market for an outdoor fireplace, and was overwhelmed by all the options, and how to find the best quality and price. I contacted AMS as part of a wide search for answers, and ended up speaking to Andrew - he took me through all the options, guided me to the better products and showed me how to compare them. After several days of questions and answers, I ended up with a short list of 3 models, and he helped me make the right decision for our home. 6" Stone lintel fix Prety fair deliver timeline from order. Order was correct. Only issue they only have a 4" steel angle bracket for like brick lintel. I had a stone lintel with a 6" steel plate to attach bracket, so if I was not creative, the screen would not have gotten installed. I used the 4" provided added another 4" plate drilled holes and bent ends to make a 6" bracket. they should have a 6" option for steel bracket.
