Great customer service I have not received the product yet, however I did have a couple of questions about the product while shopping on the website, and so I called the store. Scott contacted the manufacturer for me and promptly got back to me with answers to all my questions, even sending me an invoice by email so that I didn't have to go back onto their website. Great customer service.

Five stars from me! They designed my fireplace doors. I absolutely love them they are so beautiful and excellent quality. They really exceeded my expectations. The coloring on them is beautiful. They are timeless which is exactly what I wanted.They are very professional showed up on time and the installation was perfect I haven’t had any problem with the mechanics of them they open and shut smoothly and have sturdy hinges. The doors peel really solid.

Amazing Design and Quality Our custom designed fireplace cover is so unique and beautiful, drawing compliments from everyone who sees it. We looked all over for off-the-shelf options, and they were all HIDEOUS and boring. AMS is not inexpensive and due to their popularity, there’s a bit of wait time involved, but well worth it on both counts.

Great people with excellent experience Great people with excellent experience. I had to take a day to wait for fire pit that was supposed to be delivered and installed. Then another day for install in which only 1 guy showed and together moved 400 lbs to back yard. He was a great employee as were all I got to meet. Thanks I am completely satisfied with service and quality joe
