The people at AMS were so responsive to my problem and kept me informed of their actions on a regular basis. The fact that I continually heard back from them until the product showed up at my house kept me from panicking about the order. Very appreciative of the customer service I received

GBGreat customer service I have not received the product yet, however I did have a couple of questions about the product while shopping on the website, and so I called the store. Scott contacted the manufacturer for me and promptly got back to me with answers to all my questions, even sending me an invoice by email so that I didn't have to go back onto their website. Great customer service.

GBThis was a great company to work with This was a great company to work with. They responded to me immediately. Once I sent them a picture of my existing fireplace with dimensions, I was sent pictures of great options for a gas log. Within a couple of days I had a beautiful gas log which we now enjoy nearly every night. I highly recommend them.

CAVery good customer service Very good customer service. I was shipping out of the country and not the standard procedure. There were complications but AMS resolved everything as soon as the came up.
