Great customer service I have not received the product yet, however I did have a couple of questions about the product while shopping on the website, and so I called the store. Scott contacted the manufacturer for me and promptly got back to me with answers to all my questions, even sending me an invoice by email so that I didn't have to go back onto their website. Great customer service.

Helpful to have a nearby showroom Helpful to have a nearby showroom to really see how nice the inserts are. Contacted by email with a product question and they got back to me next day. Product was easy to order online and I anticipate that it will look great in my master bedroom fireplace (replacing an old wood burning fireplace.)
