When customer service is important... When customer service, knowledgable staff and response time is important, choose AMS. I live in Washington State and have been trying to find a mantel for weeks. After exhausting ALL local options, I stumbled across AMS. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely quick to respond. Both Isaac and Brandon answered all my questions, came up with a timely shipping option, and took the time to contact the manufacturer for me. I have spoken to many many distributers in the past few weeks, none were as helpful or as quick to respond. Great buying experience!

This was one of the best online… This was one of the best online transaction experiences I have ever had. AMS is VERY professional. I don’t usually order such expensive things online, but their prices were very good and they thru in a pizza oven I have quickly become a loyal customer.

Repeat Customer! After I sold my first house, I really missed the beautiful custom fireplace doors AMS built. I got several offers on the house and the new buyers were more than pleased with the look. I tried a decorative fireplace screen from Pier 1 at my new house, but I really missed those custom AMS doors. So I hired AMS to build me a new custom door set for the new house, along with a gas burner and glass beads. OMG! The results are absolutely gorgeous. My living room is 10 times more beautiful with these custom doors. Well worth the investment. Not only are the AMS products beautiful, they are also high quality. The reps who do the measurements and installation are very professional. I cannot recommend AMS enough.

The product shipped later than… The product shipped later than anticipated, and the AMS rep was rude on email when I inquired about this. I then got in touch with a second AMS rep who was super helpful, and she found the product sitting at the local courier facility waiting to be delivered. Due to delivery restrictions in my area, organizing the delivery was difficult. When the product was finally delivered, we discovered that the lava rock wasn't shipped with the firepit. This took an additional month before we received it.
