Great customer service I have not received the product yet, however I did have a couple of questions about the product while shopping on the website, and so I called the store. Scott contacted the manufacturer for me and promptly got back to me with answers to all my questions, even sending me an invoice by email so that I didn't have to go back onto their website. The product shipped later than… The product shipped later than anticipated, and the AMS rep was rude on email when I inquired about this. I then got in touch with a second AMS rep who was super helpful, and she found the product sitting at the local courier facility waiting to be delivered. Due to delivery restrictions in my area, organizing the delivery was difficult. When the product was finally delivered, we discovered that the lava rock wasn't shipped with the firepit. This took an additional month before we received it.
