Great work! We used Tapco for both a survey on a property y we were intending to purchase and then later to complete works for us when the purchase was completed. We were really pleased with the end result. The people at Tapco couldn't have been more helpful and took numerous phone calls etc from us and came to meet us a few times in order to give advice on the works to be completed. Matt who carried out the work did a fantastic job, was really professional and tidied up following completion. I'd thoroughly recommend.

Recent basement survey We recently used Tapco to survey the damp basement of a property we intended to buy. Jason, the surveyor went out of his way to accommodate our time scale, was excellent at community and we found him to be very professional and helpful throughout. His report and information was clear and easy to understand and we would have certainly used them to do the work, had the purchase gone through. The office team were also quick to pick up the telephone and pass on messages .We highly recommend this company and will use them again next time.

A 5 day damp proof job turned into over… A 5 day damp proof job turned into over 5 weeks when they hit a water pipe, fitted the wrong pipe connectors and then laid a screed that failed. It wasn't actually any of these things that bothered me, it was the attitude of Zak. I could hear him on the phone advising experienced builders to cover up problems. Nigel was saying there is water everywhere, the couplings are wrong and I could hear Zak say 'just pour the screed'. Then Nigel got in trouble for being honest and pointing out things that had gone wrong. If they are willing to be dishonest and cover up issues I've got huge concerns. They have finally finished the work but never offered an apology or any compensation. We asked to discuss our situation before making a formal complaint but no one has got back to us.
