GBhappy to report that I have received the Power E I am happy to report that I have received the Power E and that the solar panels are scheduled to arrive on Monday. Despite the shipping issues, understandable, since we full time RVers and our shipping and billing are separate addresses, I am very excited to have the base unit and I am looking forward to seeing how we can improve our off grid living experiences with your product. Thus far it is functioning impressively. An unboxing video, along with a thorough product review will follow once I have received the panels and had some time to test them out. Thank you for developing what appears to be an excellent product and a game changer for efficient living off grid, even in larger rigs!

GBchoosing between Union and E units at… choosing between Union and E units at the very start of the company start up was clumsy at best since the pros and cons of each were vague. Since it has now cleared up with precise descriptions the choice could have been wiser. The one possible strong point for Union is its ability to be wired into the home for total house backup, at some expense. By contrast E offers that too and with some more advantages.

GBI called Mango customer support first. I called Mango customer support first. They took my order number, email address, and phone number - and said they would verify my purchase and get back with me via email. My units had come without the power cords to plug into the wall outlet - to charge as needed. Customer service came through. They got the cords to me. I’m very happy about that. They were also good at communicating via email.

GBSatisfactory I got off to a little bit of a rough start with support as I felt communications were repetitive and ETAs were not given so I had no idea when I should expect a reply. The process moved along quicker when the distributor I purchased from (LDS Prepper) got involved. The issue was ultimately resolved and a replacement for the defective unit sent in a timely fashion.

GBHorrible company. Worse customer service I bought a $40,000 mango power m system with 40kwh of storage. They have apparently one employee named David. I knew I shouldn’t have bought a system from a company less than 2 years old. But anyways they haven’t helped me at all with the multiple issues I have. Can’t see one of the inverters in the app. Things trip when ac charging. I even made an appointment for a phone call with the technical team and they didn’t call
