Mango Power Review After applying for a refund from Mango Power I was offered an alternative product but this not suit my needs so I asked the company to proceed with the refund. Unfortunately I messed up and got a number wrong on my Iban. This meant my refund had disappeared into the ether which was quite stressful as in effect I had lost it. After many emails Mango Power managed to retrieve the funds and after double checking all the details carefully refunded the monies to my bank account. I was very grateful to Mango Power for their excellent communications as what was essentially my mistake. Great service that went above and beyond. Thank You Vevina your a star.

The Mango Power E power station also… The Mango Power E power station also has a "BACKUP" mode, which will automatically switch from mains to battery power in the event of a power outage. I like this mode of it very much. For this reason, I am looking forward to having it in my office.

Satisfactory I got off to a little bit of a rough start with support as I felt communications were repetitive and ETAs were not given so I had no idea when I should expect a reply. The process moved along quicker when the distributor I purchased from (LDS Prepper) got involved. The issue was ultimately resolved and a replacement for the defective unit sent in a timely fashion.

Mango Power E problem resolution. Professionalism, knowledge and Great Customer Service provided by Ms Vevina was wonderful. She did on line trouble shooting on my device, in no time I returned my device and had the new replacement delivered to my home!! Thank You Vevina for all the help and immediate resolution!
