GBGood product. Although there is room to improve when it comes to the Mango Power App, the Mango Power E Power Station has brought me much peace of mind. During the recent blizzard, I wasn’t worried about the power going out as much as I was before. I’m looking forward to using it more during the summer and offsetting some of my electrical use with solar panels. The hardware seems to be top-notch and really well thought out.

GBQuick and Easy Resolution I contacted Mango due to a Power Station that would not turn on. Joe at Mango arranged for a replacement, which was received. I noticed errors when fully charging the battery via solar. I reached back out to Joe, who remotely updated the firmware on my unit. The new unit is working good now, error free. The troubleshooting process was easy, and the issues were quick to resolve.

GBgood serice He was patient with me, staying on with me while I tried different things, after he suggested things. I was glad it was a real person & not AI. There was follow up today after our chat last night.

GBSetup configuration There were 2 sets of install configurations, I (we) didn't realize the set explaining the connect in parallel then series was the correct one. Not the connect all in series didn't work. And the pictorial diagram I feel didn't explain the setup accurately, what looked like 2 'Y' connectors looked like a center hub with wires and plugs to connect the cables in series. Should of had the pictures of the 'Y' connectors in place of the drawing. Now correctly connected, we're only getting almost 550 Watts of input power, are we supposed to be getting a higher input? we haven't built the 2x4 stands yet, could that also be a factor in why we aren't reaching peak wattage? the solar panels do 'dip' a little, so they need the 'backbone' support to lay flat for optimal photo voltaic reception.
