GBI called Mango customer support first. I called Mango customer support first. They took my order number, email address, and phone number - and said they would verify my purchase and get back with me via email. My units had come without the power cords to plug into the wall outlet - to charge as needed. Customer service came through. They got the cords to me. I’m very happy about that. They were also good at communicating via email.

NLjust received my mango E this week ! just received my mango E this week ! After a lot of research mangopower caught my eye. Good type of battery, after 6000 charges still 70% cappacity, long 5 years warranty time, etc. Now in august 2023 according to my research the best there is for your money. But at that time I found them they were only still in USA. Contacted them turned out they were coming to Europe. I waited until they opened in Germany and got a great promotional offer from them. Definitely couldn't say no to that. I was helped very well by their customer service. Special thanks again to Vevina from customer service. So far a great experience..

GBSetup configuration There were 2 sets of install configurations, I (we) didn't realize the set explaining the connect in parallel then series was the correct one. Not the connect all in series didn't work. And the pictorial diagram I feel didn't explain the setup accurately, what looked like 2 'Y' connectors looked like a center hub with wires and plugs to connect the cables in series. Should of had the pictures of the 'Y' connectors in place of the drawing. Now correctly connected, we're only getting almost 550 Watts of input power, are we supposed to be getting a higher input? we haven't built the 2x4 stands yet, could that also be a factor in why we aren't reaching peak wattage? the solar panels do 'dip' a little, so they need the 'backbone' support to lay flat for optimal photo voltaic reception.

GBMango Power E problem resolution. Professionalism, knowledge and Great Customer Service provided by Ms Vevina was wonderful. She did on line trouble shooting on my device, in no time I returned my device and had the new replacement delivered to my home!! Thank You Vevina for all the help and immediate resolution! GBhappy to report that I have received the Power E I am happy to report that I have received the Power E and that the solar panels are scheduled to arrive on Monday. Despite the shipping issues, understandable, since we full time RVers and our shipping and billing are separate addresses, I am very excited to have the base unit and I am looking forward to seeing how we can improve our off grid living experiences with your product. Thus far it is functioning impressively. An unboxing video, along with a thorough product review will follow once I have received the panels and had some time to test them out. Thank you for developing what appears to be an excellent product and a game changer for efficient living off grid, even in larger rigs!
