GBVery difficult to set up a purchase… Very difficult to set up a purchase with payment options. Seems like the company would be able to take time like Veterinary clinics do with Care Credit to help the customer purchase the product without a run around. The CSR was pleasant but had no option for helping me. Still want to purchase the product.

GBHorrible company. Worse customer service I bought a $40,000 mango power m system with 40kwh of storage. They have apparently one employee named David. I knew I shouldn’t have bought a system from a company less than 2 years old. But anyways they haven’t helped me at all with the multiple issues I have. Can’t see one of the inverters in the app. Things trip when ac charging. I even made an appointment for a phone call with the technical team and they didn’t call

GBMango Power E problem resolution. Professionalism, knowledge and Great Customer Service provided by Ms Vevina was wonderful. She did on line trouble shooting on my device, in no time I returned my device and had the new replacement delivered to my home!! Thank You Vevina for all the help and immediate resolution! Very much Appreciated.
