There was a minor error in some incorrectly supplied parts but Stair Supplies quickly advised a fix and credited without question the cost of rectifying the issue. GBThe stairs are beautiful The stairs are beautiful. Our only complaint is that we were confused by the directions for taking measurements. This meant that instead of having an inch or so to cut to custom length we barely had any extra at all. If you're not sure how to measure you should call for explanation.

GBThe Viewrail product is outstanding and… The Viewrail product is outstanding and the Stair Supplies Customer Service was incredible. I purchased the railing system last fall and was finally able to install it this spring. I realized I needed more hardware than I ordered and contacted customer service. They responded within an hour to confirm what I needed and then sent a quote within minutes. The parts arrived two days later.
