GBI have been working with my coach since… I have been working with my coach since December 2022. Overall I have not only lost 36 inches and almost 40 pounds, but I have formed a new POSITIVE relationship with food. I still eat all of my favorite things but I am more mindful and calculated about when and how much of them I eat. It has never felt as though I am "on a diet" it is truly a lifestyle change and super manageable, even for someone who is super busy from sun up to sun down. I lurked for a long time, reading comments/reviews like these and never actually "signed" up...if this is you, don't wait any longer! Best decision I made for me and for my family because I am much more active, healthy and overall happier!

GBThrilled at my results! I initially signed up for a 12-week plan in hopes of losing 10-15 pounds I'd gained in the past decade. While that might not seem like much compared to other people's experiences, I recognized that my body was changing as I entered my 40s (and my blood pressure, A1C and cholesterol were rising) and that I needed to do something differently if I wanted to maintain good health into my 50s, 60s and beyond. Coach Katie was very helpful, patient and reassuring as I initially wasn't seeing as much change as I hoped, and worked with me to tweak our program based on my lifestyle habits and eating patterns. I decided to extend my membership, and as I got into the fourth month of the program, I started to see the results I was looking for. Now, 9-10 months in, I'm almost at my weight loss goal, I've learned so much more about macros and finding the best ways to get the protein I need and I'm feeling good too. I'll know how to maintain this as well once I enter the maintenance phase, which is something I struggled with in past programs (thus gaining all my weight back). I highly recommend PLT Nutrition and I'd encourage anyone who's feeling frustrated or not seeing results immediately to stick with it! It's been a great investment

GBPLT is the answer! If you’re struggling to lose, maintain or make better nutrition choices, PLT is the answer!! They provide in-depth nutrition education, and consistent coaching to keep you on track, and successful. It’s not a quick fix but a huge tool box to help you on your journey to become a better version of yourself. I’ve learned so much and will continue to use this knowledge throughout my life.

GBSustainable results and supportive coaching I have tried every attempt at weight loss since having my kids—apps, supplements, programs, intermittent fasting, restricted eating, etc. Since joining PLT and starting with my coach I’ve lost about 18 lbs and 14 inches—I’ve FINALLY found a plan with the support and accountability I needed and I’m seeing results. I feel better and I’m fitting in clothes I haven’t worn in years. I’ve learned so much about how to balance my days and eating and still be able to enjoy some of my favorites in moderation, and how to manage all of that with our busy schedules and social life. I’ve been so happy with my progress and plan to extend my plan for another 6 months to get a full year of support. GBWorking with PLT was a great… Working with PLT was a great experience. I have done many diets that never seem to work but I was successful with PLT. Having a coach guide you through macros was very helpful I learned proper nutrition. I highly recommend people sign up and get the support they need to create a healthy body.
