GBSustainable results and supportive coaching I have tried every attempt at weight loss since having my kids—apps, supplements, programs, intermittent fasting, restricted eating, etc. Since joining PLT and starting with my coach I’ve lost about 18 lbs and 14 inches—I’ve FINALLY found a plan with the support and accountability I needed and I’m seeing results. I feel better and I’m fitting in clothes I haven’t worn in years. I’ve learned so much about how to balance my days and eating and still be able to enjoy some of my favorites in moderation, and how to manage all of that with our busy schedules and social life. I’ve been so happy with my progress and plan to extend my plan for another 6 months to get a full year of support. GBA Personalized Approach I think what I love best about PLT and their coaching is the approach. It’s planning for YOUR life not some one-size fits all situation. The foundations are legit and you can talk through so many different scenarios and your coach HAS YOUR BACK to get you to where you want to be. No shame, just constant communication to get the course correction you need and the information you want. While I don’t always take advantage of it, being able to reach out to your coach anytime for help(response within reason) has helped establish healthy habits and has addressed those moments when cravings get the better of me.
