I love being able to check in with questions and see my progress in the app. I have leaned so much about consistency and see this as a lifestyle change not a “diet”. GBA sustainable and painless approach A sustainable and painless approach! PLT has really taught me to be okay with slower, but more sustainable changes in eating and movement habits. I'm trying to lay the foundation for health for the rest of my life and get off the Yo-Yo train, and my coach (Kasha) and the PLT approach has been really helpful. I started the program 4 months post partum, and Kasha has been knowledgeable about helping me to lose 20 pounds while maintaining my milk supply and energy, and not feeling hungry! I hit my initial goal, but I'm going to sign up for another 6 months to really solidify my new health goals.

GBThrilled at my results! I initially signed up for a 12-week plan in hopes of losing 10-15 pounds I'd gained in the past decade. While that might not seem like much compared to other people's experiences, I recognized that my body was changing as I entered my 40s (and my blood pressure, A1C and cholesterol were rising) and that I needed to do something differently if I wanted to maintain good health into my 50s, 60s and beyond. Coach Katie was very helpful, patient and reassuring as I initially wasn't seeing as much change as I hoped, and worked with me to tweak our program based on my lifestyle habits and eating patterns. I decided to extend my membership, and as I got into the fourth month of the program, I started to see the results I was looking for. Now, 9-10 months in, I'm almost at my weight loss goal, I've learned so much more about macros and finding the best ways to get the protein I need and I'm feeling good too. I'll know how to maintain this as well once I enter the maintenance phase, which is something I struggled with in past programs (thus gaining all my weight back). I highly recommend PLT Nutrition and I'd encourage anyone who's feeling frustrated or not seeing results immediately to stick with it! It's been a great investment

GBSustainable results and supportive coaching I have tried every attempt at weight loss since having my kids—apps, supplements, programs, intermittent fasting, restricted eating, etc. Since joining PLT and starting with my coach I’ve lost about 18 lbs and 14 inches—I’ve FINALLY found a plan with the support and accountability I needed and I’m seeing results. I feel better and I’m fitting in clothes I haven’t worn in years. I’ve learned so much about how to balance my days and eating and still be able to enjoy some of my favorites in moderation, and how to manage all of that with our busy schedules and social life. I’ve been so happy with my progress and plan to extend my plan for another 6 months to get a full year of support. GBI love working with PLT I love working with PLT to reach my health and fitness goals. My coach, Allie, is responsive and reliable. I have enough flexibility within my program to feel like I’m able to eat what I want, but enough structure to keep me on track with my goals. I really love PLT and feel like I’m reaching my short term goals while also learning new habits so I can create sustainable change. Highly recommend!
