USA sustainable and painless approach A sustainable and painless approach! PLT has really taught me to be okay with slower, but more sustainable changes in eating and movement habits. I'm trying to lay the foundation for health for the rest of my life and get off the Yo-Yo train, and my coach (Kasha) and the PLT approach has been really helpful. I started the program 4 months post partum, and Kasha has been knowledgeable about helping me to lose 20 pounds while maintaining my milk supply and energy, and not feeling hungry! I hit my initial goal, but I'm going to sign up for another 6 months to really solidify my new health goals.

USA Personalized Approach I think what I love best about PLT and their coaching is the approach. It’s planning for YOUR life not some one-size fits all situation. The foundations are legit and you can talk through so many different scenarios and your coach HAS YOUR BACK to get you to where you want to be. No shame, just constant communication to get the course correction you need and the information you want. While I don’t always take advantage of it, being able to reach out to your coach anytime for help(response within reason) has helped establish healthy habits and has addressed those moments when cravings get the better of me.

USFocus on macros has been a revelation… Focus on macros has been a revelation for me. I consider myself a healthy eater, with a good understanding of calories, nutrients, etc. That being said, I've never been sure of the right mix of protein/fat/carbs, and the ranges provided by my coach have been very helpful. The weekly coaching has been just the right level for me (daily tracking with weekly video message), and now that I feel that I have my eating dialed in (took a good 2months+), I'm looking forward to more focus on my strength training routine.
