Highly recommend Long time triathlete. Have been following the Tridot program. Love the way the program adjusts training as my fitness level changes...all with no injuries. So different from other static training programs. Can't wait to see my improvements in time this tri season. Hope for a first time podium!

Be careful of their billing practices Be careful of their billing practices. I auto-converted from a 3-month free-trial I wasn't using to a high-tier subscription. I learned 8-9 months later I was being charged $149 a month, and obviously wasn't using their services. No invoicing, no receipts for each payment made (which happens in the middle of a Sunday night). Not shame in not making it right. Not the ethos I'm after.

Highly Recommended Absolutely crucial if you want to progress in your triathlon training as fast as possible whilst minimizing risk of injury. Amazing app and community. Highly recommend giving it a shot, you won't regret it! Have been using for over a year now and I can't imagine going without.

Just show up I have used TriDot for 3 months and love seeing my race stats improve as I continue to show up in each workout. TriDot takes the guess work out of what workout to do and how to train three disciplines so they work together rather than against each other.

Take care of creating a training plan… Take care of creating a training plan that is right for you and the race you aim to complete. It reduces anxiety by allowing you to focus on completing training and not creating your own plan. Very responsive to questions/concerns. Great triathlon community, there is even a book club!
