I have seen significant progress in my fitness, including speed in each discipline. The structured training that is based in science and personalized to my goals and current fitness levels has been fantastic. I also enjoy the way the app gamifies workouts in a way that keeps me engaged day-to-day. I love that the app syncs with my Garmin.

AUStop mucking around and get TriDot I've been doing tris for a few years but never really trained properly. I struggled through a couple of half Ironmans and knew that when decided I wanted to do a full Ironman I would need help. A friend put me onto TriDot and it was honestly the best decision I could have made! It takes all the guesswork out, you just have to enter your races - A, B it C, and do the workouts assigned to you. You can push all the sessions to your device, including the swim sets, and you can even enter whether the workout will be indoors or outdoors and it will adjust the intensity/length of the session to suit the local weather. My race time was predicted perfectly and I finished the Ironman with so much confidence! I'm now training for my second one and using the predicted race time to work on my new goal of a 12 hour full, I know I can get it done using TriDot.

GBHighly recommend Long time triathlete. Have been following the Tridot program. Love the way the program adjusts training as my fitness level changes...all with no injuries.
