GBBig Gains I thought my fitness was good after completing my second Ironman back in September of '23. I had ran a Boston Qualifying time the February before, qualified for 70.3 Worlds that June, and set a 2 hr PR in the Ironman. This program has gotten me in even better shape! I love how it's structured enough to see improvement, but flexible enough to work with my ever-changing schedule. Can't recommend it enough. My swim times have dropped substantially, my FTP is up 10%, and I am continuing to set 5k PRs every testing cycle!

CATake care of creating a training plan… Take care of creating a training plan that is right for you and the race you aim to complete. It reduces anxiety by allowing you to focus on completing training and not creating your own plan. Very responsive to questions/concerns. Great triathlon community, there is even a book club!
