Recommend wholeheartedly Recommend wholeheartedly! Take the guess work out of training Take the guess work out of training! This program does all the thinking for you so you just get to show up and train without worrying about over or under doing it. The app is easy to use and integrates well with garmin and gives you fun little bonuses and awards along the way. I’m spending fewer hours training with better results than any prior plan. They aren’t kidding when they say it’s about doing the right training right.

Stop mucking around and get TriDot I've been doing tris for a few years but never really trained properly. I struggled through a couple of half Ironmans and knew that when decided I wanted to do a full Ironman I would need help. A friend put me onto TriDot and it was honestly the best decision I could have made! It takes all the guesswork out, you just have to enter your races - A, B it C, and do the workouts assigned to you. You can push all the sessions to your device, including the swim sets, and you can even enter whether the workout will be indoors or outdoors and it will adjust the intensity/length of the session to suit the local weather. My race time was predicted perfectly and I finished the Ironman with so much confidence! I'm now training for my second one and using the predicted race time to work on my new goal of a 12 hour full, I know I can get it done using TriDot.
