Just show up I have used TriDot for 3 months and love seeing my race stats improve as I continue to show up in each workout. TriDot takes the guess work out of what workout to do and how to train three disciplines so they work together rather than against each other.

Stop mucking around and get TriDot I've been doing tris for a few years but never really trained properly. I struggled through a couple of half Ironmans and knew that when decided I wanted to do a full Ironman I would need help. A friend put me onto TriDot and it was honestly the best decision I could have made! It takes all the guesswork out, you just have to enter your races - A, B it C, and do the workouts assigned to you. You can push all the sessions to your device, including the swim sets, and you can even enter whether the workout will be indoors or outdoors and it will adjust the intensity/length of the session to suit the local weather. My race time was predicted perfectly and I finished the Ironman with so much confidence! I'm now training for my second one and using the predicted race time to work on my new goal of a 12 hour full, I know I can get it done using TriDot.

Big Gains I thought my fitness was good after completing my second Ironman back in September of '23. I had ran a Boston Qualifying time the February before, qualified for 70.3 Worlds that June, and set a 2 hr PR in the Ironman. This program has gotten me in even better shape! I love how it's structured enough to see improvement, but flexible enough to work with my ever-changing schedule. Can't recommend it enough. My swim times have dropped substantially, my FTP is up 10%, and I am continuing to set 5k PRs every testing cycle!
