GBBig Gains I thought my fitness was good after completing my second Ironman back in September of '23. I had ran a Boston Qualifying time the February before, qualified for 70.3 Worlds that June, and set a 2 hr PR in the Ironman. This program has gotten me in even better shape! I love how it's structured enough to see improvement, but flexible enough to work with my ever-changing schedule. Can't recommend it enough. My swim times have dropped substantially, my FTP is up 10%, and I am continuing to set 5k PRs every testing cycle!

GBTriDot has added structured training to all 3 disciplines TriDot has been a great addition to my triathlon training and overall fitness. I have seen significant progress in my fitness, including speed in each discipline. The structured training that is based in science and personalized to my goals and current fitness levels has been fantastic. CATridot is game changer !!!! Tridot has been a game changer in my training. I was on another platform and it was just go out and put the hours in type training. Tridot and its coaches challenge you to do better every workout. Communication is seemsless. Tridot offers an accountability that no other platforms do. It pushes you to do better each workout. I’m better now with still 4 months to my IM than I was last time I trained for an IM. All triathletes should be using it!

GBTriDot is amazing TriDot is amazing! As a newbie triathlete the program takes into account of where my abilities are and provides a program to help me improve. It also allows you to change training days to fit into your busy schedule and the Tri dot community is very helpful and motivating. Would highly recommend!
