Post move, the customer care has been exceptional. Abbey, the customer care co-ordinator, Mark, the site foreman, & Brian, the site manager, have been really responsive & efficient. GBCheck before you sign. Good design and fittings of a reasonable spec. but heating system too complex. Mainly used sub-contractors with consequent poor attention to detail for carpentry, electrics and plumbing. Poor customer service with excessive waits to attend to snagging issues.
