GBCheck before you sign. Good design and fittings of a reasonable spec. but heating system too complex. Mainly used sub-contractors with consequent poor attention to detail for carpentry, electrics and plumbing. Poor customer service with excessive waits to attend to snagging issues.

Post move, the customer care has been exceptional. Abbey, the customer care co-ordinator, Mark, the site foreman, & Brian, the site manager, have been really responsive & efficient.
