GBMy parents bought a Sigma home My parents bought a Sigma home. Completion was around six months late. When they moved in house was unfinished. They have tackled all the snags but has been down to my elderly parents to spot snags and get them done, often after a lot of feet dragging from Sigma and back and forth. Based on my experience I would avoid buying a home off plan if you can. Maybe Sigma no worse than anyone else but it was very stressful. Positives are location, design and general layout of development which is nice. Workmanship on finish was sadly lacking. Kitchen cheap with moulding on doors already failing. Same experience for most in the development.

GBHighly recommend We moved into our lovely Sigma home in December. The sales team, in particular David, were really helpful guiding us through the buying process. Post move, the customer care has been exceptional. Abbey, the customer care co-ordinator, Mark, the site foreman, & Brian, the site manager, have been really responsive & efficient. Excellent customer service throughout. Highly recommended.

GBAfter sales service I have just purchased a 2 year old Sigma House. I needed to match up the worktop in the kitchen and therefore contacted their head office. The lady I spoke to was most helpful and gave me the relevant information immediately.

GBThe basis behind the development is… The basis behind the development is good. There are some minor problems that just shouldn’t be there if things had been done properly

GBIt's been nearly a year since we moved… It's been nearly a year since we moved in and still the house is not finished to the promised specification and level of quality. A truly disappointing experience and misaligned definition of luxury.
