Although the house types are very different, it was really useful to see the quality of their spec and speak to their Sales Manager, katie who was very helpful. Our new Sigma home The buying process was made easy by the sales team who helped us through the process. The house turned out to be even better than our expectations with excellent sound proofing (our new home is semi-detached) and great underfloor heating. Any snags which have arisen have been promptly sorted out. All in all we are delighted with our new home.

My parents bought a Sigma home My parents bought a Sigma home. Completion was around six months late. When they moved in house was unfinished. They have tackled all the snags but has been down to my elderly parents to spot snags and get them done, often after a lot of feet dragging from Sigma and back and forth. Based on my experience I would avoid buying a home off plan if you can. Maybe Sigma no worse than anyone else but it was very stressful. Positives are location, design and general layout of development which is nice. Workmanship on finish was sadly lacking. Kitchen cheap with moulding on doors already failing. Same experience for most in the development.

After sales service I have just purchased a 2 year old Sigma House. I needed to match up the worktop in the kitchen and therefore contacted their head office. The lady I spoke to was most helpful and gave me the relevant information immediately.
