The house turned out to be even better than our expectations with excellent sound proofing (our new home is semi-detached) and great underfloor heating. Any snags which have arisen have been promptly sorted out. All in all we are delighted with our new home.

GBGreat quality house builders Great quality house builders and although we had a few teethng problems as you would expect, Sigma's after sales assistance has been first class.

GBCheck before you sign. Good design and fittings of a reasonable spec. but heating system too complex. Mainly used sub-contractors with consequent poor attention to detail for carpentry, electrics and plumbing. Poor customer service with excessive waits to attend to snagging issues.
