Slow, no response, read the other reviews As others have stated: (1) SLOW processing time (weeks to months to fulfill order), (2) ZERO ability to get a response to emails, phone calls, or online requests/tickets, and (3) I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered $520 worth of wyes on 28 Jan 2024. As of 14 Feb, the order status was still “AWAITING FULFILLMENT”. I made 4 online requests and 2 voicemails over the course of a week (the last of which was requesting cancellation of order), but I received no response. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. If you can wait for months for the order, it sounds like they do good work. But, their customer service is nonexistent. On the website, they say core values are: Relationships, Quality, and Service. That was NOT my experience.

Bought a 9x8 reducer Bought a 9x8 reducer. Had a difficult time finding the item locally. Other places were two times the price. The product is high quality materials with excellent manufacturing. Would definitely buy again!

I STILL have not received my order 2… I STILL have not received my order 2 months later. I placed my order back in the beginning of august and still have not received it. I tried calling EVERY extension many times at the company because no one there responds to emails either and no one answers. Please get someone to respond to something. I haven't had issues in the past.

Be patient, he's a one-man show and he has lots of orders just like yours I placed my order and within a week, because of Amazon and other "fast serve" companies, I was anxious to receive the product. I sent notes, tried to leave messages, wanted updates, but after 2 weeks did I understand that I was dealing with a one-man show. He wasn't going to drop everything to answer my internet questions or phone calls; I will get it when it is done. I received 2 perfect parts after about 3 weeks, and I think that was great.
