Had to call in 30+ times with only 1 answered call. I was planning to cancel my order the day I called in about 8 times in a row when the status finally switched to "shipped".

Recommended seller I ordered a hard to find (not even on Amazon) 10x10x6 wye duct that arrived in perfect condition about a week later. The "Kid" kept me up-to-date on the status of the order and provided tracking information, so just a simple, no problems transaction. The price was competitive too, i.e., the best I could find.
