Be patient, he's a one-man show and he has lots of orders just like yours I placed my order and within a week, because of Amazon and other "fast serve" companies, I was anxious to receive the product. I sent notes, tried to leave messages, wanted updates, but after 2 weeks did I understand that I was dealing with a one-man show. He wasn't going to drop everything to answer my internet questions or phone calls; I will get it when it is done. I received 2 perfect parts after about 3 weeks, and I think that was great.

Slow, no response, read the other reviews As others have stated: (1) SLOW processing time (weeks to months to fulfill order), (2) ZERO ability to get a response to emails, phone calls, or online requests/tickets, and (3) I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered $520 worth of wyes on 28 Jan 2024. As of 14 Feb, the order status was still “AWAITING FULFILLMENT”. I made 4 online requests and 2 voicemails over the course of a week (the last of which was requesting cancellation of order), but I received no response. I ended up filing a dispute with my credit card company. If you can wait for months for the order, it sounds like they do good work. But, their customer service is nonexistent. On the website, they say core values are: Relationships, Quality, and Service. That was NOT my experience.

This place is simply beyond any level of quality I have seen for the price. He uses rivets instead of welds and they honestly hold far better and cleaner,

Recommended seller I ordered a hard to find (not even on Amazon) 10x10x6 wye duct that arrived in perfect condition about a week later. The "Kid" kept me up-to-date on the status of the order and provided tracking information, so just a simple, no problems transaction. The price was competitive too, i.e., the best I could find.
