Good products, great prices, bad communication and packaging. Item seems sturdy and price was great. That’s where the good bit ends. Item was in stock and website indicated shipment expected within 48 hours. I was never notified of any delay or problem. Contacted SMK one week after order and got no response, tried again fiver or six days later, THIRD attempt two weeks after order was finally answered with a response saying that my shipment would be “bumped up.” It shipped the following day and arrived as expected. Packed in badly damaged box with no packing material. Thankfully, it is sturdy, some deformation during shipping can be corrected. Bottom line: Buyer beware. Products and prices are good, but if you need it in a hurry/on time or want good communication about problems and delays, this may not be the store for you.

I STILL have not received my order 2… I STILL have not received my order 2 months later. I placed my order back in the beginning of august and still have not received it. I tried calling EVERY extension many times at the company because no one there responds to emails either and no one answers. Please get someone to respond to something. I haven't had issues in the past.

Hands down best quality beyond all the… Hands down best quality beyond all the big manufacturers - I ordered Wyes from 3 major supply shops all were built with poor welds, wavy bends and not even actual circles in many cases. This place is simply beyond any level of quality I have seen for the price. He uses rivets instead of welds and they honestly hold far better and cleaner,

My only minor concern was that a couple of weeks after the order, I emailed to check status of the order. No response was received for quite a few days, and then notice of shipment was finally sent.

Great for do it yourselfers too I am not a professional in the sheet metal business. I had some not quite right things up in my attic and it didn't take a professional to realize that. I went on their site and found the parts to make all the connections properly. Prices were good as well.
