I STILL have not received my order 2… I STILL have not received my order 2 months later. I placed my order back in the beginning of august and still have not received it. I tried calling EVERY extension many times at the company because no one there responds to emails either and no one answers. Please get someone to respond to something. I haven't had issues in the past.

Should have just ordered from Home Depot Should have just ordered from Home Depot. Took 6 weeks for the part to arrive, and the quality wasn't any better than the Home Depot duct wye. Had to call in 30+ times with only 1 answered call. I was planning to cancel my order the day I called in about 8 times in a row when the status finally switched to "shipped".

Quality product It took a few days to ship but I received a tracking number and the item arrived about 10 days after ordering it. This was my second purchase from them in 2 months and I would definitely order from them again if needed.
