Terrible customer service response to inquiries After placing the order, didn’t hear anything back about a date when the parts would come in, use the online messaging and left messages on the phone system multiple times and never got a response. Finally message to cancel the order and later that day, got the confirmation that the order was shipped. Extremely annoyed because we could’ve made the stuff ourselves much sooner had we known it was gonna take this long. It appeared that we were buying some thing off the shelf and obviously with 2+ weeks to ship that wasn’t the case

Good products, great prices, bad communication and packaging. Item seems sturdy and price was great. That’s where the good bit ends. Item was in stock and website indicated shipment expected within 48 hours. I was never notified of any delay or problem. Contacted SMK one week after order and got no response, tried again fiver or six days later, THIRD attempt two weeks after order was finally answered with a response saying that my shipment would be “bumped up.” It shipped the following day and arrived as expected. Packed in badly damaged box with no packing material. Thankfully, it is sturdy, some deformation during shipping can be corrected. Bottom line: Buyer beware. Products and prices are good, but if you need it in a hurry/on time or want good communication about problems and delays, this may not be the store for you.

Pathetic You don’t answer your phone or return calls. My order took over six weeks for delivery. I had to make threats in order to get anything done. Other reviewers had similar complaints. If you’re too busy to provide proper service then hire more people.

Hands down best quality beyond all the… Hands down best quality beyond all the big manufacturers - I ordered Wyes from 3 major supply shops all were built with poor welds, wavy bends and not even actual circles in many cases. This place is simply beyond any level of quality I have seen for the price. He uses rivets instead of welds and they honestly hold far better and cleaner,

Great for do it yourselfers too I am not a professional in the sheet metal business. I had some not quite right things up in my attic and it didn't take a professional to realize that. I went on their site and found the parts to make all the connections properly. Prices were good as well.
