GBHands down best quality beyond all the… Hands down best quality beyond all the big manufacturers - I ordered Wyes from 3 major supply shops all were built with poor welds, wavy bends and not even actual circles in many cases. This place is simply beyond any level of quality I have seen for the price. He uses rivets instead of welds and they honestly hold far better and cleaner,

GBGood products, great prices, bad communication and packaging. Item seems sturdy and price was great. That’s where the good bit ends. Item was in stock and website indicated shipment expected within 48 hours. I was never notified of any delay or problem. Contacted SMK one week after order and got no response, tried again fiver or six days later, THIRD attempt two weeks after order was finally answered with a response saying that my shipment would be “bumped up.” It shipped the following day and arrived as expected. Packed in badly damaged box with no packing material. Thankfully, it is sturdy, some deformation during shipping can be corrected. Bottom line: Buyer beware. Products and prices are good, but if you need it in a hurry/on time or want good communication about problems and delays, this may not be the store for you.

GBShould have just ordered from Home Depot Should have just ordered from Home Depot. Took 6 weeks for the part to arrive, and the quality wasn't any better than the Home Depot duct wye. Had to call in 30+ times with only 1 answered call. I was planning to cancel my order the day I called in about 8 times in a row when the status finally switched to "shipped".

GBThe craftsmanship in building the… The craftsmanship in building the fittings is really great. Customer service is a bit lacking. I placed my order the first week of April and didn't receive for almost 4 weeks and had to almost beg for someone to return my request for an update - no one ever picks up the phone and I'm guessing they don't listen to VMs either... and the service ticketing portal is just as bad. Again, great craftsmanship, but terrible customer support.
