GBTerrible customer service response to inquiries After placing the order, didn’t hear anything back about a date when the parts would come in, use the online messaging and left messages on the phone system multiple times and never got a response. Finally message to cancel the order and later that day, got the confirmation that the order was shipped. Extremely annoyed because we could’ve made the stuff ourselves much sooner had we known it was gonna take this long. It appeared that we were buying some thing off the shelf and obviously with 2+ weeks to ship that wasn’t the case

GBPlacing the order was easy and pricing… Placing the order was easy and pricing was reasonable. Items finally arrived in good condition. My only minor concern was that a couple of weeks after the order, I emailed to check status of the order. No response was received for quite a few days, and then notice of shipment was finally sent.

GBThe craftsmanship in building the… The craftsmanship in building the fittings is really great. Customer service is a bit lacking. I placed my order the first week of April and didn't receive for almost 4 weeks and had to almost beg for someone to return my request for an update - no one ever picks up the phone and I'm guessing they don't listen to VMs either... and the service ticketing portal is just as bad. Again, great craftsmanship, but terrible customer support.

GBGreat for do it yourselfers too I am not a professional in the sheet metal business. I had some not quite right things up in my attic and it didn't take a professional to realize that. I went on their site and found the parts to make all the connections properly. Prices were good as well.

GBWhen i order the parts your guys said… When i order the parts your guys said shipping is take 5 days 15 days later your guys send email that will send it out that too late for my job
