GBWhen we purchased our flooring When we purchased our flooring, we were given a $100 coupon for an area rug. We spent 8k on flooring. When we returned to redeem the coupon for an area rug to protect the new flooring, they refused to honor the $100 coupon; they said we needed to purchase an additional $1000 of carpet in order to use the coupon. Instead they offered us 10% off. Unacceptable. Also, they were the ones who measured for the flooring, they apparently measured incorrectly and we ended up with two extra boxes. They refused to take any back unless we paid a restocking fee claiming that since it was a custom order, no returns were allowed without a restocking fee. What a scam! Of course, they are going to order extra for everyone and make some money on the returns. I will never go there again.

GBGreat customer service Great customer service. Worked with Laura in the Clifton Park store and she was absolutely wonderful. Everything flowed so easy from choosing my carpet to the sale and finally the installation. Our installer Bill was very professional and skilled at his trade. He did a fantastic job and would not hesitate to go back there again and recommend to others. Great job Carpet One!!

GBWe purchased carpet for our master… We purchased carpet for our master bedroom three years ago. Presently this carpet is coming loose in the seems and has become flat and undesirable looking. We reached out and told for the warranty to cover it, we must have the carpets professionally cleaned every 18 months. Rental shampooers do not count or ones bought. This is ridiculous to me. We don't even wear shoes in our home. This carpet is obviously poor grade and not installed well. Bad customer service and poor product!

GBDelivery was very late. Placed orde … Delivery was very late. Placed order and it was to be installed within three weeks. Received a call at four weeks and was informed that the rug had not been shipped from the factory yet because they order was misplaced by the factory. After speaking with the service rep a number of times, I was informed that the rug would be in five more days. Rug was finally installed after six weeks, six days before Christmas and I finally got to put up the tree. I wasn't compensated for any of the distress and inconvenience. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

GBSo-so We had three employees walk by and completely ignore us....as we stood at the reception counter. One stared right at us and kept walking, straight into his office (where he faced us, pretending he didn't see us). We were the only customers in the building. The flooring we purchased was fine, customer service sucks.
