We will never use this company again for any of our flooring, tile or carpet needs. Expectations that were set did not meet actual experience. We only asked for one thing, a timely installation. Poor communications with in their organization contributed to a poor experience. Phone calls not returned, an unacceptable experience.. We will say the man who did the carpet installation did a very professional job. Our review does not impact on him. Please note according to your definitions this score is a two, I do not agree with these definitions. My score is really a 1 star in no way a 2 star. Great customer service Great customer service. Worked with Laura in the Clifton Park store and she was absolutely wonderful. Everything flowed so easy from choosing my carpet to the sale and finally the installation. Our installer Bill was very professional and skilled at his trade. He did a fantastic job and would not hesitate to go back there again and recommend to others. Great job Carpet One!!

Absolutely Beautiful Install took a little longer than I thought it would on the installation date, but it was done flawlessly! Rather it takes an extra hour and looks great. And it does look fantastic! Instlers were professional and respectful, and did beautiful work. I want those same guys back when we replace the rest of our carpeting!

THE WORST Installed laminate flooring 2 yrs ago and never came back to finish the trim. I called several times and Chad finally said they would come in a couple of months when things slowed down. That never happened. My health got bad, and my floor got worse. When cancer was gone, contacted Chad again an played email tag for months. He said I should have taken care of this years ago...yes, YOU should have. He says my floor is falling apart due to animals. It's not. Subflooring was to be replace and it wasn't. He will not honor warranty. Never finished trim. DO NOT GO THERE. You'd have better luck buying flooring at a Kmart.
