When we purchased our flooring When we purchased our flooring, we were given a $100 coupon for an area rug. We spent 8k on flooring. When we returned to redeem the coupon for an area rug to protect the new flooring, they refused to honor the $100 coupon; they said we needed to purchase an additional $1000 of carpet in order to use the coupon. Instead they offered us 10% off. Unacceptable. Also, they were the ones who measured for the flooring, they apparently measured incorrectly and we ended up with two extra boxes. They refused to take any back unless we paid a restocking fee claiming that since it was a custom order, no returns were allowed without a restocking fee. What a scam! Of course, they are going to order extra for everyone and make some money on the returns. I will never go there again.

Delivery was very late. Placed orde … Delivery was very late. Placed order and it was to be installed within three weeks. Received a call at four weeks and was informed that the rug had not been shipped from the factory yet because they order was misplaced by the factory. After speaking with the service rep a number of times, I was informed that the rug would be in five more days. Rug was finally installed after six weeks, six days before Christmas and I finally got to put up the tree. I wasn't compensated for any of the distress and inconvenience. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.

So-so We had three employees walk by and completely ignore us....as we stood at the reception counter. One stared right at us and kept walking, straight into his office (where he faced us, pretending he didn't see us). We were the only customers in the building. The flooring we purchased was fine, customer service sucks.

The install teams for both the laminate and carpet were excellent. Frank was great also- we needed a slight repair and he was also very professioanal and excellent!

THE WORST Installed laminate flooring 2 yrs ago and never came back to finish the trim. I called several times and Chad finally said they would come in a couple of months when things slowed down. That never happened. My health got bad, and my floor got worse. When cancer was gone, contacted Chad again an played email tag for months. He said I should have taken care of this years ago...yes, YOU should have. He says my floor is falling apart due to animals. It's not. Subflooring was to be replace and it wasn't. He will not honor warranty. Never finished trim. DO NOT GO THERE. You'd have better luck buying flooring at a Kmart.
