John the former owner of Fascia Flooring offered us terrific advice in his area of expertise. The materials were delivered by Billy efficiently & with great enthusiasm. Absolutely Beautiful Install took a little longer than I thought it would on the installation date, but it was done flawlessly! Rather it takes an extra hour and looks great. And it does look fantastic! Instlers were professional and respectful, and did beautiful work. I want those same guys back when we replace the rest of our carpeting!

Not a good experience Not a good experience. After going to the showroom to pick out tile, we had an estimator show up who told us this was a quick easy job. When the two installers showed up , we were informed half of the ordered tile was junk, and that the estimated cost was incorrect and they left without doing the job and didn't replace the carpet they had rolled back. A fourth employee showed up after many phone calls to the office and suggested we go with the original tile and a cheaper layout. The job was finally completed after an extended time, and now our credit card is being billed more than the amount on our receipt. This has also required phone calls to try to correct this error. We have now filed a dispute through our credit card company.

Accuracy counts The on-site measurement for carpet (living room, dining room, foyer, hallway and stairwell) was not accurate (stairs), thus not enough carpet was ordered (3+ week turn around) and therefore not enough carpet was available to allow the installers to complete the job in one visit. Additional carpet needed to be ordered (3 week turn around), received and installed. The carpet and pad purchased appears to be of excellent quality and hopefully will last for many years.

Delivery was very late. Placed orde … Delivery was very late. Placed order and it was to be installed within three weeks. Received a call at four weeks and was informed that the rug had not been shipped from the factory yet because they order was misplaced by the factory. After speaking with the service rep a number of times, I was informed that the rug would be in five more days. Rug was finally installed after six weeks, six days before Christmas and I finally got to put up the tree. I wasn't compensated for any of the distress and inconvenience. Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
