Great customer service Great customer service. Worked with Laura in the Clifton Park store and she was absolutely wonderful. Everything flowed so easy from choosing my carpet to the sale and finally the installation. Our installer Bill was very professional and skilled at his trade. He did a fantastic job and would not hesitate to go back there again and recommend to others. Great job Carpet One!!

The install teams for both the laminate and carpet were excellent. Frank was great also- we needed a slight repair and he was also very professioanal and excellent!

So-so We had three employees walk by and completely ignore us....as we stood at the reception counter. One stared right at us and kept walking, straight into his office (where he faced us, pretending he didn't see us). We were the only customers in the building. The flooring we purchased was fine, customer service sucks.

Great place for carpets! Great service and product; minor issue that was resolved quickly and fully to our satisfaction. Todd and Greg were very helpful in picking out the carpets and handling the installation. The selection, quality and price was very good. The carpets look beautiful! We would definitely use Carpet One again and recommend them to our family and friends.

Carpet order I ordered my carpet and was not informed ths t it was in back order. The salesman said it would take 3-4 weeks for arrival and installation. The information of back order was available to the salesman, but I believe he did not inform me because, had I known it was going to take 8 weeks, I would not have bought my carpet from Carpet One. I would have left and gone to Home Depot or Loees instead. At the 4 week mark, I called and was told it was due in that week.. same goes for 5 week mark, 6 week mark and 7 week mark. I put off all other planned activities and appointments for 5 weeks so I could be available for installation. Carpet One did not even give me a reduced price for their mistake and my inconvenience. I chose them because I wanted to give my business to a specialty store instead of a big box store. Never again. I completely understand now why Lowe's and Home Depot are so successful. They deliver when individual retailers can't. I told everyone I know at work and my neighbors to never go to Carpet One.
