Recommended wrong grass for my… Recommended wrong grass for my application. Grass is less than 1 year old and is already laying flat due to foot traffic (2 8 year old kids running around a few times per week). I had their installers come once to repair with no success.

Artificial Grass Masters...just the best! Frank and his crew at Artificial Grass Masters just finished installing our new lawn today and they did an excellent job. Their teamwork got it installed in no time at all. The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient and proceeded from step to step with minimal delay. They even moved rock from the backyard to areas of the front yard to fill low and uneven areas which wasn't even part of the original project to help us out. We couldn't be happier with the project outcome and the look of the installed grass. It is so natural and you would think it has been there for years.

They did a superlative job for us by putting in a paver and flagstone patio and walkway, and finishing it off with excellent landscaping. After a few years our grass started… After a few years our grass started fading and falling apart. We contacted the company and they told us it was a manufacturer error. They gave us 3 options- we could get the refund for the grass this does not include installation. Or we could have them replace the grass and we pay installation AGAIN. And option 3 was to have them replace the grass but not install. Either way we are either losing the original install cost or paying for installation again. And the company did not understand why I was not happy with this!!! Terrible. Would not recommend.

Customer service was excellent Customer service was excellent. Polite, on time, cleaned up area. Left installation looking excellent. Salesperson came to check up same day. Only negative was that the seam show with certain lighting. They worked on it a week later and some improvement. A really nice job. just didn't want to see the seam shadow.
