No Communication We never got a call back from them. I called asking to follow up on an estimate we’d been given with the intent of scheduling them. The girl took my name, number, and email and I never heard anything after that. We decided to go elsewhere since they did not want our business.

After a few years our grass started… After a few years our grass started fading and falling apart. We contacted the company and they told us it was a manufacturer error. They gave us 3 options- we could get the refund for the grass this does not include installation. Or we could have them replace the grass and we pay installation AGAIN. And option 3 was to have them replace the grass but not install. Either way we are either losing the original install cost or paying for installation again. And the company did not understand why I was not happy with this!!! Terrible. Would not recommend.

We purchased grass in June and After… We purchased grass in June and After the grass was laid the back 1/4 of the yard was damaged( looked totally smashed down and a different color) . The company told us the grass would eventually perk up as that was not unusual. They came back out a couple of times and tried resanding it and raking it to no avail. We asked from the get go to have it replaced but they told us it would spring back. After 3 months of arguing they contacted the warranty company and finally replaced the entire yard of grass. We were very happy to have our problems solved. I would not buy artificial grass again as it is too hot for people and dogs to walk on in the summertime 😟

Artificial Grass Masters...just the best! Frank and his crew at Artificial Grass Masters just finished installing our new lawn today and they did an excellent job. Their teamwork got it installed in no time at all. The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient and proceeded from step to step with minimal delay. They even moved rock from the backyard to areas of the front yard to fill low and uneven areas which wasn't even part of the original project to help us out. We couldn't be happier with the project outcome and the look of the installed grass. It is so natural and you would think it has been there for years.

Misleading and Sloppy Where very misleading about how the grass would be with children and dogs even after being asked straightforward questions. Grass has seamlines. Didn’t put enough rock in my backyard surrounding the pool and grass causing bare spots. The patio addition they added for me is uneven and pools water in the center not to mention they splashed cement all over the side of my house and didn’t bother to offer to fix it. Run away!
