A very happy customer!!! We interviewed many companies when we were building our home and were by far the most comfortable and pleased with Artificial Grass Masters! They are always on time and there has never been an issue when a few tweaks were needed here and there. They also had the best pricing and we live the opportunity to support veteran owned businesses.

Grass only lasted three years because… Grass only lasted three years because of untreated batch that went to several of their customers. The manufacturer replaced the grass but it was an inferior product. Artificial Grass wanted to charge more for labor than the original installation. I did it myself in the end with less patching than the original install.

Salesman never returned my call to… Salesman never returned my call to answer my questions. Which I found interesting because my message said I was ready to put down payment down but I had a few questions. Several days later office returned my call but I had already moved on. TOO BAD.

Installation was ok Installation was ok. I was disappointed they did no grade the area better as they said they would. Water pools where it shouldn’t. Also there is a visible seam where they connected 2 pieces of grass. During installation was told the seam would be unnoticeable when they were done which was not the case.

Had several landscaping changes made to… Had several landscaping changes made to our yard and the project manager made careful notes of each one, all on his I-pad. Was impressed with how he was able to complete a detailed estimate before he left. He also left a folder with information about his company and how he can service us better than others. Everything went as schedule and was completed in one day, mainly due to the hard work of his crew. Clean up was excellent and we were given a final detailed receipt along with a printed warranty. They left us with a good feeling about our decision to hire them.
