Life changing!!! I have been with Rob and Trami on and off for a few years. I reached out to them each time to progress because they inspire me to be stronger and the best version of myself! These are great people and have a lot… These are great people and have a lot of information to share. I was struggling with gym equipment workouts and Megan set up workouts for me and made the experience very easy to follow I have since lost weight and gained definition in my upper body. If you have mixed feelings about joining their team and learning the wealth of knowledge they have, don’t they are good people.

The accountability The accountability, the teaching of macros/lifestyle diet change, and workouts have made a combined success for me and the beginning goals I had. Coach Megan was great, both Trini and Rob were encouraging and great cheerleaders. This program has given me a foundation of knowledge and set me on the lifestyle I will take forward.

Precision Lifestyle Experience I enjoyed the fact that the workouts could be done via the app. The point system setup is designed to hold you accountable while also throwing in some friendly competitiveness with other members who signed up as well. The nutrition plan along with the recipe book is a great tool for anyone who is like me and really want to dial in that nutrition. I believe in the 80/20 rule of bodybuilding it’s 80% nutrition and 20 percent exercise. Overall a great program and would like the opportunity to work more in depth with you. This week my body was sore from the workouts and to me that means that what I was doing was working. Thank you!
