USGreat way to change your lifestyle My experience so far with Precision Lifestyle is indeed a great program to change your lifestyle to a healtier one. I've learned how to manage my relationship with food so that I don't have to over exert myself with exercising to acheive and maintain my goal weight. The program so far has helped me loose close to 10lbs in a little over 6 months. I have found that with the support and expertise of the coaches I am able to stay consistent and commited to my goals long enough for them to turn into habits. I also love how the coaches adapt to your reality to make the lifestyle changed unique to you.

USMegan is awesome! Megan has been an awesome trainer for me through this process. I am 3 months in and down 18 lbs and feeling stronger every day and my low back pain has all but disappeared. Rob, Trami and Megan have put together a great service. In Megan, I have, what seems like, a personal trainer, a nutritionist and a physical therapist all in one. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to lose weight, get stronger, eat healthier, address premature old man pain and have fun in the process.

USThe accountability The accountability, the teaching of macros/lifestyle diet change, and workouts have made a combined success for me and the beginning goals I had.
