GBI couldn't change the cycle on my own Weight and appearance have always been my focus. Unfortunately, I haven't been pleased with either for decades. As much as I wanted to look and feel like I did when I was in my mid twenties, my eating habits far exceeded my exercise habits. There was always the mental spiral of being disappointed with how I looked and eating too comfort myself. Diets, backed by specific goals like an upcoming vacation or wedding, resulted in temporary success but once the goal passed, the motivation went with it and back came the weight, the disappointment, and frustration. I finally reached the point where I could admit that I needed support and guidance, I wouldn't ever truly change the cycle on my own. Family and friends are great but they're also horrible, they'll love and support you while you repeat your detrimental behaviors, I needed professional assistance and support. I found Precision Fitness via Instagram. I enjoyed the posts which were positive and encouraging. Additionally, I was intrigued by Rob always eating carb loaded meals, obviously his muscle mass and metabolism far exceeded mine, thus his body's ability to burn off the excess calories was key. However, his body constitution was never my goal, The program, support, and mental change is what I wanted and needed. I made the investment in myself, the biggest I'd ever made in something for me personally, other than the cost of all that food I ate that was killing me. The biggest benefit for me was the coaching, essentially my coach became my guidance counselor and therapist. Katerina is caring, enjoyable, and realistic. She was able to help me work through some mental and emotional challenges which were obstacles I wasn't even fully aware of. Katerina realized pretty quickly I needed to change my relationship with food so I could break the cycle I was caught up in historically. She has also been very patient. I'm stubborn in many ways, I didn't always track my food in the app, nor my weight, nor my water intake. I never weighed my food and haven't been the most consistent with exercise. Through all of it she has kept a great attitude! I look forward to our 'face to face' video chats and have learned so much. My journey continues and I've made some major changes in how I treat myself mentally and emotionally, treat food more like the tool it is, and see a future me that is happier and healthier every week because I am making choices every day that support my goals. Katerina, and the Precision Fitness program, have helped open the door to a brighter tomorrow and a me I'm beginning to really enjoy!

GBGreat way to change your lifestyle My experience so far with Precision Lifestyle is indeed a great program to change your lifestyle to a healtier one. I've learned how to manage my relationship with food so that I don't have to over exert myself with exercising to acheive and maintain my goal weight. The program so far has helped me loose close to 10lbs in a little over 6 months. I have found that with the support and expertise of the coaches I am able to stay consistent and commited to my goals long enough for them to turn into habits. I also love how the coaches adapt to your reality to make the lifestyle changed unique to you.

GBThese are great people and have a lot… These are great people and have a lot of information to share. I was struggling with gym equipment workouts and Megan set up workouts for me and made the experience very easy to follow I have since lost weight and gained definition in my upper body. If you have mixed feelings about joining their team and learning the wealth of knowledge they have, don’t they are good people.

GBI love Precision Lifestyle I found Precision Lifestyle on Facebook and I’m so glad I did. Coach Megan has taken my fitness journey to a new level. I love the workouts. I am able to eat more calories and still lose weight. I am lifting heavier weights and building muscle. Coach Megan checks in on me all the time and gets back to me quickly when I have questions. I’m so excited to continue my fitness journey with Precision Lifestyle and Coach Megan.

GBI have tried several different types of… I have tried several different types of weight loss programs! Optavia, keto, slim fast, and all of these have left me feeling hungry and after a while when I stopped I gained the weight back really fast! Precision Fitness has gave me the tools that are sustainable. I feel like the workouts I do, and the nutrition I consume is very sustainable! I realized I don't have to kill my self for hours in the gym, or starve myself. I eat mostly whole foods now. And when I want I can have any food I want to eat. Pizza, steak, gyros, sweet breads, I've learned if I plan on it and add it to my calories I can adjust for it and still stay in my calorie intake for the week! Most important thing I've learned is log,log,log. If you don't log what your eating you won't ever know what or how much you need to change! Rob and Trami have done so much research and have literally done most the stuff out there and have dialed in their own process! It works, it's easy, and my results are absolutely amazing! I'm in better shape now than I have ever been in my life! I owe them my life!
