Terribly made The old infratonic was made so well. This one has a hole in the back that they covered with a sticker. The sticker of course gets warm against your skin and comes off. All you can expect as far as repair is to have another sticker sent to you. I have had 4 of these machines. All were worth it but this one. Shame.

Thank you for your CHI Palm Thank you for your CHI Palm. I purchased it due to the fact that it supports 3 areas. Of course the sleep mode is great and the overall peace mode. I am so impressed by the healing mode . I did buy the product for myself but over the summer I encouraged my brother to use after chemo treatments and it helped him recover between treatments so much faster and alleviate a lot of back pain. Your product is apart of my everyday holistic lifestyle. Thank so much. Janine

Another excellent CHI product! Over two decades I have acquired quite a few items from CHI Institute and I have ALWAYS been more than satisfied with every new acquisition! Excellent quality, items are as described, long lasting and very helpful in a wide range of use. My recent CHI Leash was added to my CHI Palm. I use my Palm on animals as well as people. Often an animal can become unpredictable and my Leash is there to reassure control of the unit protecting it from being dislodged or dropped. The animals also enjoy inspecting the color and texture of the Leash! An added bonus to their ongoing interest in treatments! As careful as some people can be there is always a chance of dropping the unit and the Leash protects those potential errors as well. Thank you CHI for another wonderful product! The new Palm is nothing short of… The new Palm is nothing short of fantastic. It's lighter, easier to hold and position and the adjustability of the settings makes it the easiest Infratonic device ever. My husband and I have a hard time deciding who will get to use it every night. It seems to be even better at managing pain, especially for my arthritis . It's been almost 20 years since I purchased my first machine and the Chi Institute has always been there for advice and support the few times that I have needed help. Just can't say enough good things . . .

I love this palm chi machine and so do… I love this palm chi machine and so do my horses and cats. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and it helps greatly to relieve tendon and ligament pain and stiffness. I am also using it to heal my mule's stifle injury. I wouldn't be without this machine. I started 15 years ago with their equine version. It is well worth the investment.
