Terribly made The old infratonic was made so well. This one has a hole in the back that they covered with a sticker. The sticker of course gets warm against your skin and comes off. All you can expect as far as repair is to have another sticker sent to you. I have had 4 of these machines. All were worth it but this one. Shame.

Our Family loves the CHI Institute Our Family loves the CHI Institute - for over 10 years we have used the Infratonic 9 to heal and prevent injuries - I also love how it helps me fall into a deep sleep. I have also used this on various dog injuries and I believe it to be most helpful. The Staff and customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!! Patient and very friendly they support the customer, repairs have always been prompt and well done.

I needed a new battery because the last… I needed a new battery because the last one was defective and CHI insitute knew about this issue. We both had a lot of problems with the unit before the new battery because we did not know about this problem. Once we called, the issue was quickly resolved. However, a lot happened to us before the call trying to figure out the problem.

TEN Plus Stars!! I would give you 10 stars plus if I could. The customer service people worked with me as I set up a multiple purchase. The repair people tried extensively to fix my I-9 with an intermittent problem. The machine itself helped me finally heal (along with massage and PT) a three month old injury that didn't seem to be healing or healing very, very slowly. I can walk, hike and dance now, Yay! Next focus is a chronic constipation issue; I have high hopes!

Very pleased with my Infratonic 9 and service provided. I have been using an Infratonic device since I was diagnosed with breast cancer 25 years ago. While using the device I experienced reduction, in pain, stress and increased range of motion , after a Mastecomy. In 2008, I upgraded to a newer model for overall health benefits and relaxation. I had a good experience with that model as well. In 2020 I once again upgraded to the Inratonic 9. The trade in experience and customer service was wonderful. I was treated like a valued user of Chi Products. Service was efficient and timely with follow-up to make sure I was satisfied. I am pleased with the Infratonic 9 and enjoy the convenience of the portability of the new device and long batter life. ---Carol Podpora
