Great company; please order early. When we placed our order for replacement batteries, we received a phone call from CHI Institute to let us know that they were on backorder. It was a nice gesture, and it helped us feel confident that, despite delays, we would eventually receive the batteries. And, we did! Happily, we did not have to do without our Infratonic, because we ordered more replacement batteries when we installed our last battery on hand. There are a total of 4 Infratonic units among our family members. We suggest that everyone order new batteries BEFORE they are needed.

Terribly made The old infratonic was made so well. This one has a hole in the back that they covered with a sticker. The sticker of course gets warm against your skin and comes off. All you can expect as far as repair is to have another sticker sent to you. I have had 4 of these machines. All were worth it but this one. Shame.

Both my wife and I use it every couple… Both my husband and I use it every couple of days for over an hour at a time. He has some discomfort with digestion and heaviness in his body from Parkinson disease. I walk a lot and have a tendency towards getting shin splints and plantar fascitis in the past, with tense achilles and calves. We both have so much relief from the minimal use of Chi Palm we LOVE it!! We have recommended our friends too and they purchased the kit and soon the Chi Palm. Thank you for inventing such a smart unit for us. I know it will last a long time since your previous units from 20 years ago is still working!!

My chi palm was “thumping” so I called… My chi palm was “thumping” so I called to ask about whether it needed to be returned for repairs. The Chi Tribe representative was exceptionally gracious and thoroughly knowledgeable about the complexities of the unit and explained the reason for the noise much to my satisfaction. After all was said and done there was no need to return the unit. This chi palm is a miracle in disguise. I use it daily on every part of my body in need of healing energy. My involvement with the Chi Tribe goes back decades and I am eternally grateful to Richard and his family of helpers for making this miracle possible. This chi palm in my opinion is a quantum leap from the infratonic 9. It is so ergonomically facile and works wonders. I recommend it to everyone.

When East Meets West!!!! Great product and great people! I have been using the Chi machine since 2000 and it is very unique. While being a science based person I do not fully understand its amazing results with calming, pain relief and immune system support I continue to recommend it to family and friends.
