GBVery pleased with my Infratonic 9 and service provided. I have been using an Infratonic device since I was diagnosed with breast cancer 25 years ago. While using the device I experienced reduction, in pain, stress and increased range of motion , after a Mastecomy. In 2008, I upgraded to a newer model for overall health benefits and relaxation. I had a good experience with that model as well. In 2020 I once again upgraded to the Inratonic 9. The trade in experience and customer service was wonderful. I was treated like a valued user of Chi Products. Service was efficient and timely with follow-up to make sure I was satisfied. I am pleased with the Infratonic 9 and enjoy the convenience of the portability of the new device and long batter life. ---Carol Podpora

GBThe New CHI Machine is Awesome and it… The New CHI Machine is Awesome and it has brought my extreme Pain I live with 24-7 from Polio down from a 10 plus to around 4 or 5 that runs from my head to my feet, affecting every muscle and joint in my body. GBI needed a new battery because the last… I needed a new battery because the last one was defective and CHI insitute knew about this issue. We both had a lot of problems with the unit before the new battery because we did not know about this problem. Once we called, the issue was quickly resolved. However, a lot happened to us before the call trying to figure out the problem.

GBBoth my wife and I use it every couple… Both my husband and I use it every couple of days for over an hour at a time. He has some discomfort with digestion and heaviness in his body from Parkinson disease. I walk a lot and have a tendency towards getting shin splints and plantar fascitis in the past, with tense achilles and calves. We both have so much relief from the minimal use of Chi Palm we LOVE it!! We have recommended our friends too and they purchased the kit and soon the Chi Palm. Thank you for inventing such a smart unit for us. I know it will last a long time since your previous units from 20 years ago is still working!!

GBI received five star treatment when I… I received five star treatment when I sent in a Chi vibrating phone piece to have it checked and fixed. They informed me of what to expect related to time, guarantees, parts and replacements. It was completed efficiently, with excellence and care. The piece looks like new and works perfectly!
