I needed a new battery because the last… I needed a new battery because the last one was defective and CHI insitute knew about this issue. We both had a lot of problems with the unit before the new battery because we did not know about this problem. Once we called, the issue was quickly resolved. However, a lot happened to us before the call trying to figure out the problem.

Thank you for your CHI Palm Thank you for your CHI Palm. I purchased it due to the fact that it supports 3 areas. Of course the sleep mode is great and the overall peace mode. I am so impressed by the healing mode . I did buy the product for myself but over the summer I encouraged my brother to use after chemo treatments and it helped him recover between treatments so much faster and alleviate a lot of back pain. CHI Palm is an important part of my life! I'm glad to have the CHI Palm as part of my arsenal to combat the inevitable aches and pains of life. And it's a pleasure to do business with the company because they seem genuinely concerned about my welfare. I was able to pay for the CHI Palm using my FSA account from work: I had to get my orthopedic surgeon to sign off on a document of medical necessity to pay for it with FSA money, but he was happy to sign that piece of paper....which speaks volumes! This is a great device....it keeps me truckin'!

The new Palm is nothing short of… The new Palm is nothing short of fantastic. It's lighter, easier to hold and position and the adjustability of the settings makes it the easiest Infratonic device ever. My husband and I have a hard time deciding who will get to use it every night. It seems to be even better at managing pain, especially for my arthritis . It's been almost 20 years since I purchased my first machine and the Chi Institute has always been there for advice and support the few times that I have needed help. Just can't say enough good things . . .

Both my wife and I use it every couple… Both my husband and I use it every couple of days for over an hour at a time. He has some discomfort with digestion and heaviness in his body from Parkinson disease. I walk a lot and have a tendency towards getting shin splints and plantar fascitis in the past, with tense achilles and calves. We both have so much relief from the minimal use of Chi Palm we LOVE it!! We have recommended our friends too and they purchased the kit and soon the Chi Palm.
