GBGreat company; please order early. When we placed our order for replacement batteries, we received a phone call from CHI Institute to let us know that they were on backorder. It was a nice gesture, and it helped us feel confident that, despite delays, we would eventually receive the batteries. And, we did! Happily, we did not have to do without our Infratonic, because we ordered more replacement batteries when we installed our last battery on hand. There are a total of 4 Infratonic units among our family members. We suggest that everyone order new batteries BEFORE they are needed.

GBAnother excellent CHI product! Over two decades I have acquired quite a few items from CHI Institute and I have ALWAYS been more than satisfied with every new acquisition! Excellent quality, items are as described, long lasting and very helpful in a wide range of use. My recent CHI Leash was added to my CHI Palm. I use my Palm on animals as well as people. Often an animal can become unpredictable and my Leash is there to reassure control of the unit protecting it from being dislodged or dropped. The animals also enjoy inspecting the color and texture of the Leash! An added bonus to their ongoing interest in treatments! As careful as some people can be there is always a chance of dropping the unit and the Leash protects those potential errors as well. Thank you CHI for another wonderful product! I hope this becomes an excellent year for all!

GBCHI Palm is an important part of my life! I'm glad to have the CHI Palm as part of my arsenal to combat the inevitable aches and pains of life. And it's a pleasure to do business with the company because they seem genuinely concerned about my welfare. I was able to pay for the CHI Palm using my FSA account from work: I had to get my orthopedic surgeon to sign off on a document of medical necessity to pay for it with FSA money, but he was happy to sign that piece of paper....which speaks volumes! This is a great device....it keeps me truckin'!

GBI needed a new battery because the last… I needed a new battery because the last one was defective and CHI insitute knew about this issue. We both had a lot of problems with the unit before the new battery because we did not know about this problem. Once we called, the issue was quickly resolved. However, a lot happened to us before the call trying to figure out the problem.
