I was not planning to buy anything, but now I am a satisfied and happy owner of the Legacy 4 Massage Lounger. The delivery process was outstanding! Christopher and Genesis were the delivery team and rendered outstanding service in setting of this amazing chair in my home. They were professional, knowledgeable and patient in instructing me on how to use the Legacy 4 and its amazing programs. Christopher and Genesis also made sure I was happy with the position of the chair in my home. What an amazing delivery team!

Sales agent Angela Frey was very… Sales agent Angela Frey was very helpful and informative. The delivery guy Josue R. was great at setting up the chair, very friendly and showed us how to navigate the remote and all it's different options.

Terrell Dozier from Georgia delivered… Terrell Dozier from Georgia delivered our new massage chair today. He was very polite and told me everything about it and showed me how to use the chair. He was very prompt. We first saw the chair at the southern christmas show in Charlotte, my husband sat in it and really enjoyed the massage. I just had my Daiwa Chair delivered and… I just had my Daiwa Chair delivered and set up. I love it! I had injured my back a couple of days ago so I was timid about getting in the chair. Christoper suggested trying it on gentle and I did and it was great. Christopher and his brother, Genesis, did a wonderful job with the delivery and set up, definitely a white glove delivery. He took his time explaining how it works and answering my questions. Looking forward to many years of relaxing in my new Legacy 4 massage lounger. Thanks also to the no pressure sales person to Luis.
